Teach music in a world-class facility
JamPro Music Factory is a full-scale music education institute: private lesson studios, recording studios, and a performance venue, plus proprietary curriculum and admin support so you can focus on teaching, not paperwork. We work with students who show up ready to learn.
We want instructors who care as much about teaching as they do about their craft, and who want to grow alongside faculty who hold a high bar for the room. Lake Tahoe is a short drive when you're off the clock.

Reno, Tahoe, and everything in between
Relocating for a job is a big decision. Here's why musicians and educators stick around once they land in Northern Nevada - starting with Lake Tahoe, less than an hour from Reno.

Weather & seasons
Reno sits in the high desert with about 250+ sunny days a year - mild shoulder seasons, warm summers with cool evenings, and real winter without months of gray. When you want alpine snow or summer alpine lakes, Tahoe's ridgelines are a straight shot up the mountain.
Outdoor life
Sand Harbor and the east shore offer swimming, kayaking, and beaches with postcard views. World-class ski resorts are within an hour; closer to town, the Truckee River runs through Reno with trails, parks, and whitewater in season. Hiking, mountain biking, and backcountry access are part of everyday life - not a once-a-year vacation.
Entertainment & culture in Reno
The Biggest Little City punches above its weight: national touring acts, festivals, casinos with headline shows, a growing Midtownand arts district, breweries and food scenes that keep getting better, and a tight-knit creative community. It's easy to catch live music on a weeknight - and still be home early enough to teach the next morning.
